I know longer wish to work at my job in the city and was given word from a friend of an opening in her job at Westinghouse, which I have wanted to get into for some time. The job is less stressful, and though boring to her, is what I need after 4 years of working in a call center taking calls from thankless people. What I am asking, and I know this is horribly specific and not something that I can demand from God, is that I have others to pray for me to get this job at Westinghouse. intentions: Paul, my 59-yr old husband had a bad fall on 30 July 2007 and suffered spinal injury at C3 and C4. He is still bed-ridden and immobile although there seem to be some slight movement of limbs. The strangest thing was that 4 days before the accident he was on a golfing trip overseas with some friends that are devout Catholics and had convinced him to go back to the church. We weren't married in Church as our marriage is the second for him as his first wife had earlier left him for another. Eversince then he felt awkward going to Mass and not receiving the Holy Eucharist. I had been active in Church as a teenager and during my early college days. Sadly, we both stopped going to Church for more than 10 years already. He was ready and made up his mind to go back to Church during the trip. Meanwhile, I was going through some spiritual soul searching at the same time at home and had prayed for GOD's intervention in my life to show me what HE had intended for me in this life. I surrendered my life to GOD in my prayers. I never expected HE would answer them in this manner. I truly believe this is GOD's calling for HE had 'taken care' of all our needs throughout the whole experience. So many little signs HE had given to assure me that things will work out whenever I felt abandoned. Only a week ago my 14-yr old niece dreamt that my husband was fully cloth in Purple and was walking about at home. I believe HE is calling us home.
